Quick Start Guide

Welcome to coesi1

This guide will walk you through the first steps: from creating your account to your first secure login.

1. Registration

Registration is free and takes just a few seconds.

  • Enter your Name and your main Email.
  • Choose a strong Password.
  • Add at least 1 Trusted Contact (the person who will receive the SOS).
⚠️ IMPORTANT: After clicking "Register", you will receive a Confirmation Email. You must click the link in that email to activate your account!
🕵️ CAN'T FIND THE EMAIL?
Sometimes activation emails accidentally end up in your SPAM or Junk folder. Please check there too!

2. First Login

Once your email is confirmed, go back to Home.

  1. Enter the email and password you chose.
  2. Press the LOGIN button.

3. Biometric Login (FaceID / TouchID)

Tired of typing passwords? You can use your fingerprint or face.

How to enable it:

1 Log in for the first time with your classic password.
2 Go to Settings (⚙️).
3 Scroll down and press "Register FaceID / Fingerprint".

✅ Done! Next time you can just press the "Login with Biometrics" button on Home.

4. App Installation (Important!)

coesi1 is a Web App accessible from any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.). It can be installed like a traditional smartphone app without downloading it from a store.
To install it correctly and enjoy all features, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Log in first with your credentials.

2️⃣ Go to Settings (⚙️): there you will find the special buttons to correctly install the SOS and Check-in icons on your phone.

3️⃣ At this point you can also install the main App.
