We strictly use only technical cookies (e.g., PHPSESSID) necessary to allow you to log in and keep your session active. Without these, the service could not function. The law does not require prior consent for these cookies.
We only collect data you voluntarily enter: Name, Email, and Contact details of Trusted Contacts. Additionally, for the security system to function correctly, we temporarily log the IP address and, only if authorized by you, the GPS location at the time of check-in.
The purposes of processing are exclusively related to the provision of the Personal Security Service (Guardian System). This includes: sending automatic alerts in case of inactivity (Dead man's switch), managing immediate help requests (SOS), and temporarily sharing your geographic location, photos, and ambient audio with the trusted contacts you selected during an emergency state.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by clicking the "Delete Account" button within the dashboard. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
The service integrates third-party features. Telegram: if you enable notifications, your Chat ID and alert messages pass through their APIs. Stripe: if you subscribe to a paid plan, the transaction is handled entirely by Stripe in a secure environment (we do not store your credit card data). Use of these features is subject to the respective Privacy Policies of the providers.
