No. Contacts receive a simple email. They don't need to register or install anything. It is advisable to warn them first (using the button in the settings) so they save the address safety@coesi1.com to their safe contacts to avoid spam filters.

Yes. This is a key feature of coesi1. The timer runs on our secure servers, not on your phone. If your battery dies, your phone breaks, or you lose signal, the server timer will keep counting down. If you do not check in by the time it expires, the alert will still be sent to your Trusted Contacts.

No. Your privacy is paramount. Your Trusted Contacts receive your location (GPS coordinates and map) only when the emergency alarm is triggered. Until then, no one has access to your location data.

Once the "Reminder" period is set, coesi1 will send you a message before the timer expires to remind you to check in. If you ignore that as well, the alert will be sent to your Trusted Contacts.

If you change device or clear browsing data, you will need to login with email and password and register FaceID/Fingerprint again from Settings.

Yes. From the dashboard, you can press the SOS button (red icon) to immediately send a help request to your contacts, complete with GPS location, without waiting for the timer to expire.

To check in instantly without logging in:
1. Go to Settings and tap the "OPEN I'M OK PAGE" button (the green box).
2. Add the opened page to your phone's Home Screen, just like an app:
- On iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share button (square with upward arrow) and select "Add to Home Screen".
- On Android (Chrome): Tap the menu (three dots in the top right) and select "Add to Home Screen".
A dedicated icon will appear to say "I'm OK" instantly.

To keep the SOS button always ready on your phone's Home Screen:
1. Go to coesi1 Settings and tap the "OPEN SOS PAGE" button (red box).
2. Add the opened page to your Home Screen, just like an app:
- On iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow) and select "Add to Home Screen".
- On Android (Chrome): Tap the menu (three dots in the top right) and select "Add to Home Screen".
A dedicated icon will appear to quickly launch an SOS to your trusted contacts.

Emails are the default notification channel, but by adding Telegram, the system becomes much more reliable: you will receive expiration warnings instantly and, most importantly, your Trusted Contacts will receive SOS alerts in real-time with a priority notification on their phone. For maximum safety, we strongly recommend it.

After downloading and setting up Telegram, to receive notifications, you need to get your "Chat ID". The process is the same for everyone:

1. Get the ID: Click on @userinfobot, press "Start", and copy the number you receive.
2. Enable Bot: Click on @coesi1_bot and press "Start".

🔵 FOR YOU: Paste your ID number into the "Telegram Chat ID" field at the top of the Settings page.
🔶 FOR CONTACTS: Ask them to do steps 1 and 2, send you their ID number, and then enter it yourself below to their name in Settings.

Absolutely not. coesi1 is a supplementary safety tool. It does not call law enforcement and cannot guarantee the sending and/or delivery of emails/Telegram notifications in case of missing or unstable network, server downtime, spam filters, etc. Use it as additional security, not as your sole lifeline.
